Merry Christmas

I hope everyone had a very blessed Christmas, as we did here in the Williams' house. It began on Christmas Eve with some good friends coming over for an early dinner with us before church. We played, enjoyed a good meal and great stories. Then we were off to church for Mass, which started at what is normally our pre-bed bathtime - this had the potential for a LONG service, but Lily and I hung in like champs.
The next morning we awoke and Santa had come!! I suspected I was on the good list. He brought me a new tool set, more on that later. After presents and a breakfast of Dad's World Famous French Toast, we were off to Grandma and Papa's (really wish Papa wasn't on the boat - hopefully next year he'll be able to join us). Guess what? Santa left stuff there for me too, now I know I was a good kid.
After naptime we had the most excellent meal, Grandma Katie is a great cook. She makes amazing sweets too - I see why my dad has packed on a few pounds this season.

Baby Therese - she's a cutie

I was very intrigued by this little one that doesn't walk or talk
Several attempts... can you tell I'm ready to do something new? And this was BEFORE Mass
Is this one better????
We got to open one present on Christmas Eve..... jammies...... again.
Then Dad read us "Twas the Night Before Christmas"
Ready to help Dad with his Honey-do list
Woo-Wooos (firetrucks)
Nerds!
mmmmm, mmmmm - French Toast and bacon
No job is too big or too small and my rates are reasonable
Woah sis, this new bed of yours is HUGE....
Bob stickers - I'll cherish them always.... or at least until I stick them to my shirt
as you can almost see here.
The face of a boy that loves his roaring Dinosaur
Yep, I'm going to play with this for hours

Spokane -An Early Christmas

We went to Spokane over the weekend to celebrate an early Christmas with my Grandma and Papa along with the rest of my family. It sure was great to see everyone. During our visit it snowed a little bit but I didn't get to play in it too much. I did however get to go to a place called Cat Tails and see some lions, tigers, and bears (oh my!). I loved it!! A big thank you to all my family for the great presents and wonderful visit!! Only 3 more days until Christmas!!

Grandma said she wrote a special note to Santa so he would come to her house early to see us....I guess my sister and I are on the extra nice list!!
I got a book about a little boy named Sammy! I do love to read!
The tiger....I think he thinks I am his lunch!
A little disappointed because the big lion was keeping warm in his shelter.
Just watching the tigers walk in circles! So neat!
Sissy and I on our way out....we may have to come back to this place. Luckily it is right by my grandparents house!
More reading!
Enjoying some quality time with my papa!I sure loved this bow!
Awww.....We sure love you Great Grandpa!!
Watching our new Cherub Wings and enjoying some popcorn! What a treat!

Homebound

My parents are being extra careful about where we go and are keeping me close to home these last few weeks in hopes that I don't get sick before Christmas and our trip to Spokane on Thursday. I don't mind too much but we did miss out on an Advent party. So, we have been keeping busy around the house. Good thing I have my sissy! We have become the best of friends lately and are usually found playing together in her room with the door closed. I have also been having some late night adventures with the latest medicine I have been on. It makes it soo hard to sleep and I usually get super hyper around bedtime. Oh, well, we are hoping that with my next cold breathing will be easier. I'll let you know...

My parents decided it was time to put a pillow and blanket in my bed....shesh, about time ;) (Oh, and I love them!!)

December Fun

Someone has been slacking on the blog posts so this one is a little long. There is a lot packed into this post with lots of pictures to tell the story of what I've been up to during this month of December. First of all, I have been enjoying the advent season with my sissy. We are reading stories and coloring ornaments for the Jesse Tree that we made. I also have an advent calendar with chocolate! Wow! We are busy baking cookies, decorating trees, and waiting for Jesus on Christmas. Yesterday we celebrated Saint Nicholas Day and he filled our shoes with chocolate coins and also brought us a nativity and video.

Silly boy who can't find enough hands for all the things he wants to carry
Playing in the backyard on a chilly December day
Choo Choo is my new favorite toy (ok, behind the tractor)
What a beautiful day to go find a Christmas Tree....I picked this one but nobody agreed. Urgh!
Following my friend Jude
All bundled up. It was chilly!
I had the best day ever! After we went out for a tree with our friends we went up to Lynden with them that night and saw a lighted parade. Not just any parade, one with big trucks, tractors, and firetrucks. All of my Favorite things! I was in heaven!
Everytime one would pass I would say, "Nudder one!!" While jumping and laughing.
The firetruck!
"Helping" get out the ornaments for the tree.
Decorating with sissy. She was really good at it!
On Sunday we stopped by the Port Festival for a quick run through and picture. Just as my parents suspected, we ended up with a family picture with Santa. Oh well. I didn't want anything to do with him and my sissy was the same.
Was happy about the candycane though
Lily giving me a little too much love
Mama said to say cheese so we did
Ahhh...kisses
Cute!
